• Julian Farms (Jackson Township, OH): A sought-after neighborhood in the Jackson Local School District, Julian Farms is just north of Hills and Dales Rd NW and Stuhldreher St.

We also specialize in building on individually owned lots in various locations. These locations are in Stark, Summit, Portage, Medina, and surrounding areas.

Costs vary based on size, design, materials, and location, with our homes ranging from $400k - $1M, with an average cost of $575k. We start with a consultation to discuss your vision, budget, and timeline, and we lock in a fixed price before construction, ensuring transparency and no surprises.
