Initial Discovery Call
We'll have a 15-30 minute phone call to discuss your potential home build, timing, feasibility, and pricing. This is a no-strings-attached, free consultation to see if building a custom home is right for you.

Let's Get to Know Each Other!
We'll get together to discuss your goals and dreams, tell you about our company and process, and view pictures, videos, floorplans, and "all-in" pricing of recent homes we've built that are similar to your project.

Concept Agreement & Plan Design
We enter a concept agreement and take a deposit for plan design, which serves as a down payment on your home. You'll collaborate with our plan designers to customize your plan. The result will be a Builder's set of plans and multiple life-like, 3-D renderings of your home.

Selections, Specs & Financing
With the concept plans complete, we submit them for engineering and estimates. Now is the time to personalize your home! We'll work together to select fixtures and finishes that fit your style and budget. Meanwhile, your bank can finalize financing for your home.

Pre-Construction
We will meet to review the plans and specs, demonstrate our project management program, and discuss procedures during the building process. You will meet the field team that will be guiding you through the construction of your new home.

Build!
Building a custom home is an adventure. Your custom home is completely unique and has never been built before. We will encounter challenges along the way, but with the right planning, communication, and project management, we're confident you will love the results!

Communication & Site Meetings
Throughout the build process we will keep you informed of our progress. You will receive weekly updates through our app, be able to view our project schedule, and have several site meetings to review electrical layouts, interior trim designs, and finishes.

Walk-Through & Home Demonstration
We do a home walkthrough with all our new homeowners to ensure quality, as well as demonstrate operations and maintenance of your home. At the end of this meeting you will receive your keys. Welcome home!
